In last last week's lesson, Daniel emphasized contact in front so you can make more meaningful contact and have more control of the ball.
This week, Tony Jay builds on that concept. Tony comes to us from Long Island New York, where he's a certified PPR Coach and personal trainer. His advice is to hit the ball in the air. By doing so, you can reduce the response time that your opponent has to return the ball.
