It really depends on your preference and a bit of your lifestyle. Our happiest customers drink one packet in the morning, one in the afternoon, one in the evening to wind down for bedtime and tell us they feel great doing so. It’s also great to rehydrate during or after your workout.

HYDRATE is high in electrolytes, which is comparable to pediatric oral rehydration drinks and traditional sports drinks, so keep that in mind if your kid is consuming a lot. Additionally, our ENERGY formula contains 100mg of caffeine, so you may not want them drinking those flavors!

1. Choose your desired amount of cold water between 8 to 16 oz, based on taste preference. If you’re looking for a stronger flavor, we recommend 8 oz!
2. Open 1 Hydrant electrolyte powder packet.
3. Pour the contents of the packet into cold water (we enjoy it over ice!).
4. Stir the mixture until the powder is fully dissolved.
5. Enjoy your Hydrant electrolyte beverage for fast-acting hydration.

Nope! Hydrant does not have any artificial sweeteners or stevia. We do use a dash of monk fruit extract in our mix for added sweetness.

Hydrant contains 0-4g of added sugar per serving depending on the flavor. We include sugar in Hydrant because it actually helps to speed up the absorption of the electrolytes and water into your bloodstream. It does this by activating the sodium-glucose co-transport mechanism within your body, essentially working as a molecular pump in your body.
