    Stable heart rhythm. I first used an electrolyte (liquid IV) during hot summer days which helped me stay in normal cardiac rhythm (sinus rhythm).As I restarted an exercise program afib episodes recurred.     My favorite electrolyte drink

    I really like these. The flavors are great, they dissolve very well and they seem to help. I appreciate the lack of artificial sweeteners as well as stevia. Most other hydration drinks are just too sweet, this is the perfect amount of sweetness.
